The only official way to download Yuari is through this website: press the External or Executor button in the sidebar, complete the work.ink step, which then takes you to the up-4ever download page. Any other site, mirror or reupload is fake and unsafe — never download Yuari anywhere else.
Windows Defender and other antivirus programs may flag the external as a threat. This is a common false positive for externals and executors. Only files obtained through the official work.ink → up-4ever chain are authentic; we cannot vouch for anything downloaded anywhere else.

The product is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, and use is at your own risk. We may update these terms at any time.
Nothing is collected. There are no accounts, no trackers, no cookies and no telemetry — no personal information ever leaves your device. The only information recorded is an anonymous counter of how many times the product has been downloaded and version checking.
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content hosted on this site infringes your copyright, contact us on Discord with the infringing URL, proof of ownership and a signature. Valid good-faith notices are reviewed promptly and infringing material removed; counter-notifications are accepted where applicable.

Copyright. Yuari — including its source code, binaries, interface, artwork, icons, and branding — is protected by copyright law. All rights reserved.
No Unauthorized Redistribution or Reverse Engineering. You may not redistribute, sublicense, publish, or otherwise make the software available in whole or in part, and you may not decompile, disassemble, decrypt, or otherwise attempt to derive or recover its source code.
Enforcement. Should the source code or any protected part of the software be reversed, leaked, or obtained through unauthorized means, we will pursue legal action — beginning with an official Cease and Desist notice. If the infringement continues, it may escalate to formal legal proceedings for copyright infringement, which can carry statutory damages and liability for legal costs.
